"Solid, straightforward helpdesk tool"
I'm gearing up to switch to Helpwise shortly.... so far, while testing and configuring it, it looks like it provides all we require. It's user-friendly, clean compared to many helpdesk options, and quick. I'll update my review once we go live! :)

"Outstanding Support After Purchase"
We recently switched to Helpwise for managing our shared inbox and SMS. After a few weeks of using it, our service team pointed out a few issues. Instead of just putting up with them, I reached out to the Helpwise crew with some feature requests, and they’re actually working on them in their regular development cycle. They’re making adjustments to their tool based on what we’ve said. That’s pretty remarkable. I’ve never seen that kind of responsiveness from a third-party system before. Big props to Helpwise for their post-purchase support.

"Is Anyone Out There?"
When I initially signed up with Helpwise, I was pretty happy with the service and felt optimistic about their future plans - it seemed like it could turn into a solid piece of software.
Up to now, the Helpwise inbox feature has been working fine for us and meets our needs. The iOS app shows promise, but we’ve encountered some issues and it can be a bit glitchy. The user interface could definitely use a fresh update, but hey, it’s not the end of the world.
That said, my main issue lies with their customer support.
Helpwise lacks a knowledge base where I can easily access information and tutorials on my own (which strikes me as strange, considering this is one of the features they promote - why not support your own product with a help center?), so the only way to get assistance is through email or their live chat, which isn’t always monitored.
I frequently experience delays in responses, often being told that someone is "looking into it" or "checking with the team" - but then I never receive a follow-up with a solution or any advice... I find myself having to reach out multiple times just to get a reply. Some questions I posed months ago are still unanswered 😓
I brought this issue to their attention, and after a month of several follow-ups, I finally got a short reply that didn’t address any of my concerns.
I genuinely see potential in Helpwise, but since I work in software support myself, I suppose I have high standards for timely responses and useful solutions, and I’ve found Helpwise to be quite disappointing.

"Top-notch Shared Inbox and Support Tool"
This is an awesome support tool that offers shared email accounts, a unified inbox from various channels, and ticketing for support. Plus, it comes with a live chat widget as one of the options. Helpwise can totally take the place of old-school help desk software with a fresher, more efficient setup.

"Made the Move from Freshdesk!"
Not long ago, we made the transition to Helpwise from Freshdesk, and I gotta say, it’s fantastic! It feels way easier to use and offers a lot more options for customization!

This platform is growing at a rapid pace, and the level of assistance, customer care, response time, and the attention they give to their clients' needs is truly unmatched. I've never encountered anything like it before.
Every single one of my inquiries, issues, and requests has been handled with genuine concern and most of the time, implemented in under a day. For updates that needed more thorough changes, they were completed within the promised timelines, and I was consistently informed about the progress.
This is set to be a major advantage for our team with shared inboxes, but it has also transformed my own workflow. For the first time ever, I hit "InBox Zero" in less than a day of using Helpwise full time.

This app is fantastic for handling team emails, creating a knowledge base filled with help articles for customers, and even integrating chat widgets on our site and within our software. It's the most straightforward and user-friendly tool I've come across, making it a breeze for both employees and clients to connect and locate what they're after.

They can all easily use the @brokeragefirm.com email from this platform alongside their personal inbox.
